Union Properties is one of Dubai's oldest developers, established in 1987 and listed on the Dubai Financial Market since 1993. It is best known as the master developer of Motor City and Uptown Mirdif, and it still owns operating businesses alongside development, including Dubai Autodrome and the facilities-management arm ServeU. It is registered with the Dubai Land Department as developer number 27, and after several years of financial restructuring it is a mid-sized developer by current Dubai standards rather than a volume builder.
