House2Home Real Estate Properties LLC ("House2Home", "we", "us") is a real estate brokerage licensed in the Emirate of Dubai and registered with the Dubai Land Department's Real Estate Regulatory Agency under Office Registration Number (ORN) 12519. Our registered office is Office 124, Kojak Building, Motor City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. That means we decide why and how it is processed.
This policy applies to personal data we collect through this website, through enquiries you send us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or social media, and in the course of providing brokerage, leasing, property management and related services.
It does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties whose platforms we also appear on, such as Property Finder, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies.
If you proceed to a transaction, we will need more. Real estate brokers in the UAE are designated non-financial businesses and professions for anti-money-laundering purposes, and we are required to carry out customer due diligence. Depending on the transaction this can include identification documents (passport, Emirates ID, visa page), proof of address, source-of-funds information, trade licence and ownership details for corporate buyers, and title deed or tenancy documentation.
Our hosting provider records standard server and security logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you requested and the time of the request. This is used to serve the site, keep it available and protect it from abuse.
Property and project information shown on this website, including photographs, prices, payment plans and availability, is sourced from Property Finder and from developers. If you contact us through a portal or a social media profile, we receive the contact details you provided to that platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.
Please read this section before using a form on this site. The forms on this website do not post your details to a database on our servers. When you submit one, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you entered written into a draft message addressed to our consultants. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.
This means two things. First, you remain in control: if you close WhatsApp without sending, we never receive your enquiry. Second, once you do send it, the message is processed by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and governed by its own privacy terms. We hold the resulting conversation in our business WhatsApp account and in our internal records.

If we later connect these forms to an email or customer-relationship system, your submission would also be transmitted to that provider. We will update this policy before making that change.
We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:
Some of the services we rely on are operated outside the United Arab Emirates. This website is hosted on Vercel's global edge network; web fonts are served by Google; map panels are embedded from Google Maps; and property imagery is served from Property Finder's content delivery network. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard, and we only transfer what is necessary.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on it.
We use a single item of browser storage, held on your own device, to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice so that it does not reappear on every page. It contains no personal information and is never transmitted to us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may stop maps or fonts from displaying correctly, but the rest of the site will continue to work.
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept only as long as they remain useful to the conversation you started, and are then deleted. Records relating to completed transactions, and the identification and due-diligence records that support them, are retained for the period required by UAE anti-money-laundering and commercial record-keeping rules, which is generally at least five years from the end of the business relationship or the date of the transaction. Where a longer period is required by law, or where records are needed for an ongoing or anticipated legal claim, we keep them for that longer period.
This site is served over HTTPS and sets standard browser security headers. Access to client records is limited to the consultants and administrators who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and any other applicable law, you may ask us to:
Some of these rights do not apply where we are required to keep records by law, for example anti-money-laundering records or documents filed with the Dubai Land Department.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR where those laws apply to our processing. We will deal with such requests on the same basis.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our pages link to external services including Property Finder, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.
We may update this policy as our services, our technology or the law changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
