Reportage Real Estate
Reportage (trading as Reportage Properties and Reportage Group) is a private developer founded in 2014 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with Aref Al Khoori named as chairman by the company, though one trade report titles him managing director. It built its business on high-volume residential at the value end of the market and now runs a substantial Dubai pipeline alongside its Abu Dhabi base and projects in Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and other markets. Its own site states 116 projects worldwide and more than 48,100 units across all markets — figures the company reports itself and which we have not independently verified.
What Reportage builds
Volume apartment blocks and townhouse clusters in outer Dubai districts, sold with long post-handover payment plans. The price range is wider than the budget reputation suggests: Verdana studios are advertised from AED 465,000 on Reportage's own project listing, while R. Hills starts from AED 2.2 million. Dubai communities it is associated with are Dubai Investments Park (Verdana), Dubailand and Wadi Al Safa (Bianca, Rukan), plus current launches époque, Verso and R. Hills.
Reportage has been delivering since 2018 in Abu Dhabi, where Leonardo Residences in Masdar City was handed over that year, and it has completed in Dubai: Rukan Tower in Wadi Al Safa, roughly 608 apartments across three interconnected towers, was handed over in August 2024. The Dubai record is still short, and most of the current Dubai portfolio is under construction rather than built, so a buyer here is almost always buying off-plan. Buyers should also price in what the model is at the entry end: basic specification in outlying locations. Delivered-unit totals quoted by third-party portals vary widely and should not be relied on.
