Omniyat Group
Omniyat was founded in Dubai in 2005 by Mahdi Amjad, who remains executive chairman, and has become one of the city's main ultra-prime developers. It works almost entirely in Dubai, concentrated in Business Bay and Marasi Bay, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Maritime City, and its own material describes 18 developments across three destinations. The group reported AED 20 billion (USD 5.4 billion) of sales across its entities in 2025; within that, Omniyat Holdings Ltd reported revenue up 150% to AED 4.1 billion and net profit of AED 1.2 billion.

High-end towers and branded residences at the top of the Dubai market, usually with a named architect and a hotel operator attached - several schemes are managed by Dorchester Collection and designed by Foster + Partners - plus Grade A offices in Business Bay. Pricing runs from several million dirhams into the tens of millions: ORLA on the Palm Jumeirah Crescent is listed from about AED 24 million, with larger units around AED 60 million and penthouses and mansions beyond that. Associated communities: Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay and Marasi Bay, and Dubai Maritime City, with the Beyond brand also active on Dubai Islands.
Omniyat has been developing in Dubai for about twenty years and has a genuine completion record, including The Pad, The Opus, Bayswater, The Binary, The Sterling and One Business Bay in Business Bay, Anwa at Dubai Maritime City, One at Palm Jumeirah, and The Lana at Marasi Bay, where handover began in February 2024. The Opus was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and completed with the ME Dubai hotel in 2020. The pattern to plan for is long timelines: its signature projects have run many years from announcement to keys. Current work hands over progressively, with ORLA scheduled for Q4 2026 and AVA at Palm Jumeirah having topped out structurally in April 2026. The company states a fully funded USD 11.7 billion portfolio under construction, a USD 6.1 billion revenue backlog and that all launched projects are funded to completion; these are company figures, so verify the registered completion date and escrow status for the specific unit.
