Imtiaz Developments
Imtiaz Developments is a privately held Dubai developer led by chief executive Masih Imtiaz. The company traces its origins to a construction business started in 1993, with property development under the Imtiaz brand following later. It is registered with the Dubai Land Department as developer no. 1129 and states a portfolio of more than 40 developments and AED 10 billion invested. Dubai Islands is its core market, where it states 16 or more active projects.
What Imtiaz builds
Residential apartment buildings, typically studios to two-bedroom units delivered furnished, plus waterfront and beachfront blocks. It works in the mid-market to upper-mid bracket, in Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Furjan, Jumeirah Garden City, Dubailand Residence Complex, Dubai South and above all Dubai Islands, with a more recent and higher-priced push into Meydan announced at over AED 3 billion.
Most of the portfolio is still under construction. The company's "40+ projects" figure covers its whole pipeline: DLD-linked records show roughly five to seven completed buildings against about 35 under development. Documented deliveries include Pearl House and Pearl House 2 in JVC, Westwood by Imtiaz in Al Furjan, Hyde Walk Residence in Jumeirah Garden City, and Beach Walk on Dubai Islands, handed over in March 2026 as the first completed residential project on the islands. The record is therefore real but recent and concentrated in smaller buildings, so buyers taking on a larger or newer launch should verify escrow registration and construction progress for that specific project.
