What H&H builds

Low-rise and mid-rise boutique residential buildings and branded hotel residences, typically under 100 to a few hundred units each, in the upper-luxury price band — Eden House Za'abeel, at the edge of DIFC and Za'abeel, has been advertised on listing portals from around AED 4.7 to 5.0 million. Its locations are central and established: DIFC and Za'abeel, Jumeirah and the Dubai Water Canal, Al Satwa, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Harbour. In February 2026 it announced a partnership with Mubadala to take the Eden House brand to Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.

H&H has been delivering in Dubai since 2007 and has a completed portfolio to point to rather than only launches — including the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC and Jumeirah Al Naseem on the hospitality side, Eden House Al Satwa, and most recently Eden House The Canal, a 98-residence low-rise on the Dubai Water Canal that sold out before completion and was handed over from January 2026. That is a useful reference point for its current off-plan stock. The qualifier for buyers is scale, not reliability: it builds few projects at a time, so there is less resale depth and fewer comparable units in any one building, and its largest current project, Eden House Za'abeel, is not scheduled for handover until 2028.
