Binghatti Developers
Binghatti is an Emirati family development business founded in Dubai in 2008 by Hussain Binghatti, who named it after his late father, Ghatti Bin Ghaeb. Muhammad BinGhatti, who holds a degree in architecture and design, is chairman; Ahmed BinGhatti is vice-chairman and Katralnada BinGhatti is chief executive. The company is privately owned but carries public debt and discloses financial results, and it is best known for bringing global luxury brands into Dubai residential projects.
What Binghatti builds
Design-led apartment towers with a recognisable facade style, running from mid-market buildings up to branded ultra-luxury towers; its largest concentrations are in Jumeirah Village Circle and Al Jaddaf, followed by Business Bay and Dubai Science Park, with further projects in the Burj Khalifa district, Nad Al Sheba, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Liwan. Its brand partnerships cover Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co.
Binghatti completes buildings at genuine volume in its mid-market segment: it reported seven completed developments during 2025 and has said it plans to deliver 15 projects in 2026, though that figure is a stated plan rather than a record. It also discloses more about its finances than most private Dubai developers — Fitch upgraded its long-term issuer rating from B+ to BB- with a stable outlook, Moody's rates it Ba3, and in February 2026 it priced a USD 500 million five-year sukuk under a USD 1.5 billion programme, listed on Nasdaq Dubai and the London Stock Exchange. Its branded flagship towers run on longer and less certain timelines: Bugatti Residences in Business Bay was originally marketed for completion in 2025 and now shows a 2027 handover in developer and portal listings, which is not unusual for a tower of that complexity but is worth knowing before signing. Check the current RERA completion percentage for the specific tower.
Private, Emirati family-owned (Binghatti Holding); its USD 500 million sukuk is listed on Nasdaq Dubai and the London Stock Exchange, and it is rated BB- by Fitch and Ba3 by Moody's · Founded 2008
